tray folder not working

Hi, I have downloaded some houses and sims and well it’s just that NONE of them I have downloaded has worked? I have downloaded them all  right  documents>electronic arts> The sims 4 legacy editi...

@xxkeeleypxx 

If they are made with newer versions of the game (includes entire last year) then it will not work with Legacy. Look for things that specifically are listed as compatible with Legacy.
