Trouble with Vladislaus’ Vampire Powers

Vladislaus is a very fragile Vampire. I didn’t realise after he burned to death in his Wife’s home after coming over for a date one day. 

After bringing him back to life, I was determined to toughen him up. 

I caught him casually sitting in the morning sun while I was playing another Household, so I had to quickly switch over and send him home before he burned again. 

I’ve also been trying to remove the traits that make all the Sims around him hate him. Even his two toddler sons don’t like him! His wife is literally the only one who doesn’t get negative around him- (it’s so cute, those two are always serenading each other)

I’ve been trying to use the following cheats;

bucks.lock_all_perks_for_bucks_type 40961 {Sim ID} true - which is the command to reset all powers. Also extension 40962 to remove negative powers only- but even after doing that, he’s still thin skinned and hated by all. 

stats.set_stat rankedStatistic_Occult_VampireXP # - both to demote him into a Minor Vamp, then back to a Grand Master. 

Neither of these cheats are resetting his powers or power points. 

This has worked twice before, but it only gave him 24, or 28 power points (I can’t remember), instead of the 48 that all of my other vampires have received, and even after successfully resetting the powers, traits, and points those two times- the results never stuck. He always wound up with original powers and traits.
