Two NordHaven World but Neither Loads Successfully

I just bought the EP today (release day), removed all mods before starting the game. I have two Nordhaven world but none of them loads successfully nor contains anything, just stuck in a white screen.

I am aware this isnt the first issue I will encounter with the pack but I havent even started playing and I regret instantly why I bought the pack so early.
