So this might sound stupid, but once I enter a category I can't find where to start a new thread. I have some threads though but I forgot

I have no idea where to go to ask a question on here. I'd like to ask a question rather than simply being part of a discussion and both the sims website and answers ea has made this complicated and I am a new member
