Unable to get homework for Teen, not being given any!

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Sims 4, Pets, christmas stuff pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Homework not being given to my teen student
What happens when the bug occurs? As soon as my child became a teenager, the homework which was done was stillin his inventory, the next day I went to have him do it and was not able to, the next day the same. I then put it out on the table and the next day there was no new homework and he wasn't able to do the same one. I then deleted it and now he never gets homework, principle is calling every day. How do i fix this!
What do you expect to see? Homework!
