I mean the title says it all. My small business owner lives with her two younger brothers and their servo.
I created my "small" business, which is a combo coffee, art gallery, and tattoo shop on the bottom floor of the "Inked Inlet" lot. When I go to "Manage employees" I can see all of my sim's friends available to hire, but her siblings and servo are absolutely missing. The family tab is completely blank.
Solution: Talk to the family member you want to hire and go to the small business section and select hire for business.
I had same issue, where family didn't show up in the employee selector, but this worked just fine for me.
I am having the same issue. Unable to hire my adult family members. Was this ever resolved for you?
Hm,. I don't have issues using anther household member but mine are just engaged.
Do you have this with any family that you can't use family members or just this one ?
They're all adults and have the option to create their own small businesses, the servo does too. I haven't played with the retail side of the game in a long time.

it's possible that the servo was overlooked and it's a bug. Can you hire servos for restaurants/retail/ect ?
What age group do the siblings have ?
