Vacation Rental Lots do not show up in Plan An Event

I have done all the testing - taking out mods, repairing the game etc. - and when I try to plan an event while on a vacation rental lot - in Granite Falls - only the forest lot shows up.  Have done ...

A weenie roast ... I could do it like a year ago, the last time I played outdoor retreat, but not now . Oh and only have base game and outdoor retreat installed.

Thanks for the tip will do that now.
