Visual glitch in apartment (eco lifestyle)

I'm having this glitch on the Stonestreet Apartments #3 lot in Evergreen Harbour. The glitch happens constantly when moving the camera. It's super annoying. Is there a way for me to fix this?

I do have mods but I don't imagine they're causing this.
