We really need a repair on sim 4 ps 4

Sim 4 is getting worse the lags are getting worse like house inventory now the sim edit station what worse is with not using them now all lots are lagging even new Crest that wasn't in the beginning out famous bug is spreading like a wild fire even in th ed vet clinic table are really messing up and now when u give the sims command they now drop what you tell them and do something else like if they are baking they will leave it inside the oven and not finish and when you have a fire you dont see it at all but it tell you a fire as started in the notcations but but it invisible then you will see what burnt I swear bug after bugs and still no fix how much longer before we get fixed its breaking down really bad the more ea waits I never seen any game be broke and no repair are we just sapose to just quit it after we put all that money in it come on ea we need a fix soon before it break full where we c as not play at all it getting unplayable now we been asking for a fix for month and still nothing I get your busy but we need the ps4 version fixed asap before we can't play at all here what left of my utility bots after a week inside my house and found them like this with no fires or people inside after my sims keeps getting electric shock trying to make them and this is how I find it why we waiting our time playing this game and adding so much money and can't play ea fix it right never mind the little hot fixes find the problem and fix all the packs not just a few place it's unplayable
