Week 4 Blast from the past

Hey! So Week 4 started and I seem to have some issues with game. At first I invited Emit home, but I can't complete first task. The interaction "report to Emit on the experiment" Just does not appear, it does not exist. I do not know why though...I did not already told him, it Just never appeared, not even to other sims. 

I tried to fix the game and go to the Magnolia Park but it is still the same...any ideas what to do please?
