Werewolf leaders gone

So, I'm trying to make a safe file, and I deleted the Volkov(?) household and made a new family that I want to use, so I went into life mode and to social groups, and when I click on moonwood collective, it says that pack leadership is in transition. However, when I go to the tree, it doesn't let me click (doesn't even get an outline that functional objects get). So my question is: can I in any way cheat this? Maybe using control+shift+c? I checked mccc, but I can't figure it out.

    RedvoxaLynx​  You deleted a role sim as the oldest male Volkov is the leader of that collective.  The game should create a new sim to fill the role within a few minutes.  If it does not, you can try a new game and copy the Volkov household to you Library then switching back to your main save and adding them back.  That should work but it might not depending on how long it's been since you deleted the household.  

    If your intent was to make one of your sims the leader, you probably can with a cheat, but I don't know the cheat nor where to find it.  So, unless you can find the cheat elsewhere, you'll have to earn the position though game play.
