What comes along when you transfer you origin account to a new laptop?

I have a pc laptop right now where I have origin and sims 4 downloaded. I have som cc to this sims as well. I want to buy a new pc and transfer my origin account so that I don’t have to buy the game again. But I don’t want any cc because I want to have a clean and non glitchy game and I suspect that it might even be a virus attached to one of the cc I have for sims 4. I’m just wondering if I transfer my account to this new laptop and open sims that none of the cc or this potential virus will come with it? Grateful for any help<3

    If you do not install any CC potentially containing viruses/malware etc, you should be fine.

    On the new PC: download and install Origin, log in with your EA account, download The Sims 4, install it, play and have fun virus free!

    CC does not transfer unless you transfer it.

    On your new laptop, log into Origin and download Sims 4.

    This will be a clean version with no saves, no CC, etc.

    Saves/CC/etc will need to be moved manually if you want to keep them. 

    If you don't want CC but do want your Saves, just transfer those. If those saves contain CC then these will be removed and will be unrecoverable if you change your mind in the future.

    If you don't want anything then just start afresh and enjoy 🙂
