What happened to "Update All"?

It used to be that once a sim had achieved the maximum skill level in Handiness they earned the ability to perform the 'Update All' action once-a-day on any object of their choice.  That option isn't available any more.  ☹️  Any idea why it's gone? More importantly, and chance we can get it back?

    @PurpleSimmer54 

    The option you should be looking for when you click on an object is Instant Upgrade, not Update All.  And you don't get it from maxing Handiness.  You get it from completing the Nerd Brain aspiration under Knowledge and earning the Handy reward trait.
