My Question is WHY do we have to download the sims 4 legacy edition,I ask the question because I don't really want to download anything right now and I LOVE my cc and i don't want to lose it. Thank You

@Crystalsjems If you need to download Sims 4 Legacy Edition, I would expect copying your mods to another folder as a backup, and then moving them back after installation. This should allow you to retain the mods.
Backing up mods and your hood situation regularly is good practise anyway, because you never know when a file might corrupt or something.
