Which expansion pack is the most worth getting

Hi all, I am looking to buy one or two expansion packs during the next sale. I can't decide whether I should get the seasons, city living or get to work expansion pack. I would really love your opin...

@PugLove888 I do use sims 4 money cheats but only for building houses then i leave myself with 5000 after the house is finished.
