Who Keeps The Restaurant?
I have a sim family who owns a restaurant. I'm thinking of divorcing them so that the wife can marry the waiter she's been having an affair with and is now pregnant by. The wife is also the main one that has been dealing with the restaurant business since her husband has his own job as a doctor.
If they divorce, who keeps the restaurant? Is the restaurant attached to the household? Like... whoever remains in the house gets the restaurant? Or can I choose?
Also, if a whole family moves to a different lot, are their any issues with the restaurant remaining theirs?

@betharies2 I have not done any divorces, so any subtitles that are effected by this I cannot answer about, but I can tell you that:
- If you want the wife to keep the restaurant, move the husband out of the household into a new household. This could be done before the divorce.
- Keep the wife in the original household. Ownership of the restaurant is attached to the household.
- If the household to which the restaurant ownership is attached moves, the restaurant ownership will move with them.
