Why are you so shady with your sales?!

Just tried for the second time to buy the Sims 4 and a few expansions during your sale that was listed to be on until Feb 25 and it didn't work earlier due to technical error. Come back later and the sale just expired but you never bothered to inform anyone that it would be ending midday? I was so excited to get back into this franchise and this is the experience I have. Not all of us can afford the insane regular price of your games. Feeling so very defeated by EA and the Sims franchise today and wasted over an hour of my evening chatting with your customer support only to be told I should just post here for some actual support. Not holding my breath though, guess the Sims 4 doesn't want anything to do with me. Sad.
