Why is my game saying insufficient funds in free build mode

@Calibrex97 You mean you used the freebuild mode cheat ? Was it a lot you needed the cheat ?

You only need it on locked lots like the GTW locations or some other special venues.

Could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing ?

I was using the bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement cheat. It allowed me to place one unlock, but when I tried to place another, it says insufficient funds. I meant to clarify. My apologies.

Edit: I just used the money (amount) cheat and that seemed to work. Now I can place the things I wanted. Is that something I have to do from now on?

    @Calibrex97 Could you post a screenshot in build mode ? Make sure to include the gui.
