Windows to Mac

My Sims4 packs show as owned in-game but cannot download them on Mac. Originally bought on Windows. Need help syncing. :)

Disappearing Land
When I'm playing Sims, I go to different lands. But as soon as the loading was done, the place disappeared. Even when I go to somebody's house, it's doing a disappearing act. How do I fix this?
