" Missing Homework"

As long as they do it, they don't have to take the book with them. I've had them misplaced, though, particularly for teens, so I've ended up buying replacements often.

Okay, this is actually so helpful. I have triplets and their baby sister and 2 of the triplets lost their homework when I moved houses to accommodate the growing family. I thought it was lost forever, but alas. Thank you to everyone on this forum, for more than likely pointing out the obvious to me

My teens and kids keep leaving the homework books @ library or even the picnic tables because they got distracted from being good kids,... wishing there was a rubber band on it that pulled it back into inventory.. sometimes I buy a few extra since they are so cheap and put a few in the inventory and on a desk @ home so they have it always.. If I see the book when they go back to where they were I have them put it back in..

Buy a homework book from a bookshelf. Homework isn't "brought home" in Sims 4. Sims can even leave the book at home when they go to school.

Happens all the time, especially when I switch households. You can buy new homework books from any bookshelf. I think they are found in the KIDS category. Quick fix :)

I...didn't know you could buy replacement books. It's amazing how little of the catalog I actually know about!

My child/teen Sims lose their homework all the time...or maybe I can't see it as I think it's just another book :lol:

Did you “open” the book case to see if it’s there? If not, try checking the Sims inventory? Both the one you were controlling when you bought it and anyone else in the household just in case.
