50x50 Lot in Sulani causes infinite loading screen

The title is pretty much self-explanatory, but I'll give details. For the past hour, I've been dealing with long lading screens that I had to end by task manager. The only thing that I did was place a sulani nature spa on a 50x50 lot there. After that, I noticed the awful long lading screens and I'm about ready to throw my brand new computer out the window. I've looked online for assistance to no avail, the only thing people mention is something with glass floors. Like, am I the only one with this issue? What else can I do to fix this? Idk what all I did to try to fix this but I definitely have tried a lot of things and I'm about sick of it. I don't even visit this island. I haven't enjoyed any gameplay because of this! Now all I can do is bulldoze this lot and pray to God that I can just leave it empty and actually enjoy my game.

    This lot is known to produce lag. Sadly it hasn't been fixed yet.

    Can’t believe this lot is still a problem. It is the 50x50 lot in the st taz it whatever area right?

    My favorite expansion pack in TS3 was Island Paradise and it had lots of lags that sadly EA didn't fix. I'm waiting to purchase Island Living until after all the bugs have been squashed.

    This lot not only causes lag, every time I try to leave the game from this lot, the game gets stuck and Origin can't be shut down because the game is still running. I have to force quit my PC and even that isn't always working.

    Do you have cc or are the sims not rendering? The rendering issue, usually do to cc is what cause the loading screen problem for me. I never had a problem with the lots themselves. I used that lot for a wedding and was able to leave fine and all that.

    I don't have CC or mods in my game. It is the only lot with that issue.
    The game saves (I don't lose any progress) but as soon as I hit the second leave game button, the screen fades and Origin pops up. When I click 'exit' Origin says it can't closed because Sims 4 is still running. This totally blocks my PC, and even force quit isn't working.
