- EvilfelineSeasoned NewcomerI had this happen to me the other day too. I do have mods and CC, but I hadn't used any in the build. Pulling my mods folder and clearing the cache didn't help either. Turns out it was some photos my sim had taken that I used to decorated with. When I removed them, the wrench was gone.

If you have mods and/or cc enabled, even if you don't use them, anything you save will be flagged as having cc. Photos/paintings of things with cc seem to have the same effect.
When I build, I make sure cc is turned off, I do my building, and I save it.
Actually, if you just have script mods, your creations won't always be flagged as modded by default, but you do have the option to tick the modded box. Some mods will get your creations the modded flag though.
The thing with the photos happened before, I thought they fixed it, but apparently not? Yet there are plenty of rooms to be found on the gallery that have custom paintings and in-game photos that aren't flagged as modded, so it should be possible to avoid the flag somehow.
Anyway, this thread from AHQ might be useful: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/can-t-upload-lots-without-the-MOD-CC-tag-added/m-p/7282913#M130240 - Well me too, when I decided to upload household the game detects that I have cc which I have removed everything beforehand. And I just decided to just cancel my intention because the game somehow detect that I have a cc.

I have never even had custom content..... I definitely know it’s a bug! Hope they fix it. I uploaded something to my library 4 times, but couldn’t find it there until I clicked the custom content button. - PhantasmKissNew SpectatorIf you have mods and/or cc enabled, even if you don't use them, anything you save will be flagged as having cc.
