A cheat to force a townie werewolf to change form?

Is there a cheat to make a townie werewolf activate or de-activate their werewolf form? I know in MCCC there's a command under occult commands to have an alien hide or unhide. It doesn't make them ...

Probably not a particularly helpful answer but…

You could toggle the moon phase in options so that it’s a full moon. That could cause all wolves to enrage
