I've done my own sims 4 hunger game challenges quite a few times. There have been many deaths by fire, drowning, starvation. And sometimes if a sim loses a challenge, I put them in a public forum (other contestants are forced to watch), I use the debug mod (adds in the debug options when you shift click a sim with cheats on) and electrocute them.
