I've always been a bit sadistic with my sims. Sims 1 they got set on fire or drowned often, same with Sims 2 and 3 but to be honest, I'm having a very very difficult time killing a sim off in Sims 4. I even went to work one night and forgot to shut off the game or pause it... I was gone for 8 hours then came home and went to bed for 6 hours... When I got up and discovered my sims had been running for nearly 15 hours unpaused I figured I'd have a burned down house or dead sims somewhere. Imagine my surprise when they were all happy, healthy and had green motives?! They may very well be TOO smart this go round :P
I've only ever had one death that wasn't old age in TS4. My sim got married and her husband died on the sidewalk just as he was moving in. He died of laughter. :/ Go figure I killed one when I wanted him to stay alive!
