If you go into Build Mode and drag the Money Tree into the household inventory the Money Fruits fall off and sit in the inventory separate from the tree, then you can place the fruits on the ground for planting in Live Mode, plus you can place the original Money Tree back on the lot. Used this to speed play rags to riches
