I'm confirming the problem junkbarbarian has - Old Lace achievement is not working.
10 NPC sims died on my lot and I caused their death, next pic shows their 10 urns.

Those NPC sims are (were): Haeju Robles, Osvaldo Padgett, Tristen Guzman, Matt Mead, Bonnie Koenig, Itzel Gilchrist, Kaci Panero, Brandon McDermott, Emilie Yarbrough.
Some were already old, some I've aged up to elder with birthday cake ("age up sim" option on a cake if you're talking to that sim).
Beguille, flirt a bit, woohoo in the spaceship twice, in about an hour you cause 10 sims to die and you get no achievement! :angry:
To repeat myself, more time I play the game, more bugs I find. :very angry:
Oh but at least I befriended grim reaper so I'm editing the first post. :D

Airing networks achievement...
TV: action, comedy, cooking, fireplace, kids, sports, romance, news, music. Also used channel surf.
Radio: Appreciate classical, the blues, alternative, oh, it kicked in!

I actually used "listen to" on my parties, but never alternative, apparently. :)
Channel surfer is working all right. Also editing the first post.
