How long is "any longer?" I think in past games there was a 1 day cooldown on instant aging up with the cake, so you couldn't go from baby to elder in a single morning. If it's been more than a day or two since he aged up from a baby though, I dunno, there might be ""something" preventing him from aging, maybe a bug or some event.
