Alien Disguise and Create Twin
When you create a twin for an alien in cas it should also copy their disguise.

Supposedly they're supposed to, especially when having children with non-alien Sims; disguises are supposed to play a factor in the genetics of the children, at least if it's going to be a human child. I think if it's an alien child the disguise would also default to the genetics of their parents just as much as their true form. I'm not sure if this is still working as it should.
