All vampires are getting Perfect Sun Resistance?

Sorry if this is already a topic I really tried to search for it but couldn't find anything. It's really annoying me that every time I switch households I'll go back and my vampires will have perfect ...

Yeah cause spellcasters are based on having an extra strength, (magic) and vampires live a life trying to get away from things that hurt them (sun, Garlic, Uncontrollable urges to suck the life out of people) they are just limping by trying not to die for the rest of eternity :D
