I have moved my Sims in the Alto Apartments across from Diego Lobo. This is the first time I have ever played in this apartment. Why on god's sims earth is there a trash can in the lobby? The trash chute is there and functional and of course I can't remove the trash can. My sims keep going out to the lobby to throw stuff away when I have a perfectly fine garbage can THAT THEY PASS BY to go to the lobby to throw stuff away. :neutral:

For the same reason that they walk past a dishwasher, two kitchen sinks & up a flight of stairs to wash dishes in the bathroom.

I'd suggest putting in the trash can where your sim will earn I think it is 10 semolians when they put something in it. This way at least they would be earning money.

haha. I just don't know why the developers put a trash can in that lobby. It's annoying we can edit it. If anyone has any ideas/mods/tricks to keep sims from using the lobby trash can, I'm all ears.

I'd suggest putting in the trash can where your sim will earn I think it is 10 semolians when they put something in it. This way at least they would be earning money.

I can't edit anything in the lobby of the apartment. So there's nothing I can do unless there is a mod or something

Can you not remove it with testingcheats true. Shift left click delete. Maybe that will help you. Idk though.

bb.enablefreebuild... that's the cheat to edit off lot. I've edited a few places and areas that had things that just don't make sense.
