Always too cloudy for sunbathing?
Every day it always says too cloudy for sunbathing. I even had a mermaid do clear skies and it remained too cloudy for sunbathing. I have the summer set at 28 days. Anyone having this problem?

Haven't had Spring or Summer yet, I opted to start in Fall for once and am now 5 days from Christmas (I run 14 day long seasons).
