Always too cloudy for sunbathing?
Every day it always says too cloudy for sunbathing. I even had a mermaid do clear skies and it remained too cloudy for sunbathing. I have the summer set at 28 days. Anyone having this problem?

Actually I only have island living and city living and dine out still says it's cloudy but only when I have a mermaid do it in a pool
