Sage: I had no Anonymous followers until I uploaded certain rooms to the Gallery. Then I started seeing Anonymous players following me. Along with a barrage of insults, harassments and demands. I discovered a community in the Gallery lead by one player who has made up their own rules about Sims4 gameplay and how players are to use 'their' Gallery. They do not play by the EA Rules of Conduct or follow the User License Agreement. They have made up their own rules and bully, harass and insult players to make them "play ball" their way. An Anonymous account is a way for them to "monitor" your activity in the Gallery. Yes, these players need serious psychiatric help! There may be a few players who use this honestly, these players don't.
I am not paranoid. But I also feel that it is a violation of player gaming rights and it should be stopped. It's stalking and interfering with a players game, and its just wrong! Just saying......
