Any way to stop the dumb monster under the bed from wakeing up m kids every night?

Try using the Defender night light to prevent the monster appearing . The light needs to remain on all through the night.

As many have mentioned the light doesn't always work. I've hated this addition to the game ever since the day it was added.

The night light was just not working at all and they kept waking the mom up or just running to her when she was in the bath.

Same issue. I don't like the light though, so I made a wall socket for it.

The Coolala is a great prevention, but it's how you place them. I always place them next to their beds on the ground. Never had issues. When I placed the light elsewhere the monster would still come. It looks silly but I rather prefer that than have the kids wake up EVERY member of the household.... (also keep the lights in your family inventory if you're planning for more children)

Same i place my light on the floor and its never failed me. Makes me wonder if there has to be a certain amount of light to stop the monster? probably not but its a guess!
