Anybody know how much you need to make it rain 10.000?

My current sim has a little bit over 500k right now, one should think that would be enough to let it rain 10k, but apparently not, the option is still in gray. :P Just wondering if anyone know what the "magic" number is. I've let it rain 1000 a couple of times, quite fun. :)

    I think that's "Make it Pour," and it requires one million simoleons.

    Yeah, I play it in my own language, so the translation may be a bit off. xD Anyway, thanks for the info. :)
