I agree with those who feel running a business or registering a freelance career should not be recognized as unemployed. I hope they fix that in the game.

Oh, I never even realized they are listed as unemployed. I register their job with the labor registry, and I also write their weekly routine in their job description, just as a reminder to self. Such as "Grows Tomatos and Onions, sell them at market every Saturday."

Btw: There exists a vegetable cart mod for selling produce, but Get To Work (retail) is required.
