Are Lice Freezer Broken Again?

Try selling the lice freezer, buying a new one , then stocking it again and testing to see if the issue remains.

Thank you Rose, but I was trying to avoid that. Last time they fixed this problem all my fruits and veggies actually showed back up at my NPC store. I don't know how long it's been broken again this time.

Perhaps try testing by having your sims buy a new store, and stock the lice freezer with some items in that new store. Then test to see if the issue occurs in that new store also.

I have tried selling my retail lot and bought a new one, and still cannot add any produce to the lice freezer. I’m not on twitter to report it. I think I’ll just keep selling produce through my inventory and wait until seasons is out to try selling flower arrangements through retail instead.

I know this is probably obvious and has already been done for those having problems, but have you tried repairing the game? Sometimes I've had to do that with updates before anything new added or fixed will work, especially in old save games. Brand new save games after an update usually work fine with the new features. But not always. At least for me. Worth a try I guess if you haven't. *shrugs*

Steps to repair your game:

1. Log in to Origin while online
2. Right click on the image of your TS4 game from your Origin library
3. Click on 'Repair'
4. After the repair is complete, launch your game

The next steps I don't think are really necessary unless you like to play offline like I do:

5. After the game fully loads, exit the game
6. Exit Origin
7. Log in to Origin again, click go offline
8. Launch TS4 again, play

EDIT: Okay, I see you posted about deciding to try repairing the game while I was typing this. Oops! Anyway, hope it works!

The patch notes says it's fixed June 19, 2018 Is it not fixed after the new patch? It's one of the many reasons I no longer play this game. Too many ifs, ands, and or buts.

It's fixed 'again' in the new June patch notes ,2018. It was broken in my game the last time I played in Aug. 2017.

Thank you for the clarification. Yeah, I used to have a grocery store I put in all my saves which my Sim worked really hard filling with fruits and vegs. so I never had to do gardening again, but it hasn't worked for years.
