Ok so after testing, neglecting enough a lifestyle makes it inactive, which is the only way I found to get rid of them.
And now I have 5 at once, plus one invisible in the panel.
Also, traveling to another lot seems to fix the wrong moodlets issue, but reloading a save pops them back up.
