Are "no work" holidays supposed to take away my work vacation days???

So, winterfest is on a Thursday and my sims normally work on Thursdays. Of course, this is a "no work/no school" holiday and they did not go to work, were never prompted to, never made any calls to ca...

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but what if there are a set number of free paid holidays per year? Like if there are 6 for example, if a player adds so many non-working holidays, days off beyond the 6th holiday will use up vacation days.

Or maybe just add more free vacation days at the start of the year to counteract this
