I've noticed that I can no longer add any skin details to my Sims in cas. Like no freckles and stuff like that that's the option has disappeared. Has it moved anywhere else? Is it just me? It's been gone since the patch for me and I've played with no mods or CC. I do have some in my game now but they weren't in it when this feature disappeared for me. I can't edit skin colour either. The only mods I've added back are mccc and a couple little Miss Sam ones which I've updated. I don't know why the full edit cheat mode isn't working, or any other way of getting into Cas, like using MCCC, right click modify assume, or manage worlds or a mirror are not working still ... but getting into Cas with the dresser work so even though the issue isn't solved at least I can update my Sims and I'll just do it that way. I get there by exiting and going to manage households, clicking on my family and then clicking "edit" which is how I got into the screen above. Maybe mine is glitching to the "plan outfit" category instead of Change Sim category from manage household. Let me go back in and try finding a mirror and switching lol

The option is there for me too. I play without mods or cc, perhaps one of your mods is causing it?

And I updated them all and added them back into my game just yesterday but this problem has been going on since the patch. I will try repairing the game though for sure

Just to be clear, is it that you can't add them at all or do you add them, but they disappear when changing outfits in CAS?

I can't add them at all. The entire skin detail category is missing in cas

Okay I went back into the game and clicked on a mirror but there is no change Sim option for me. I tried a few mares. Plan outfit is the only option.

If you edit sim from manage household it's not in full edit mode, use testingcheat and casfulledit to enable skin detail sections. Or just use them in live mode and shift click sim to modify in cas.
