Yep I just threw the mod in to see, she has "special NPC" trait and aging/age up/death disabled.
She never aged up indeed so I had to make her a young adult via MCCC, I was playing a very dramatic storyline with her. She now has 4 kids from a very mean husband. He took all her money and house, kicked her out in the middle of nowhere in Windenburg, her living conditions are horrible, she doesn't even have a proper house. Just an area partially covered with tall wooden fences, a dirty sofa, a cardboard dance floor as a rug, a portable cooler for feeding her kids, no beds, no toilet except a bush, a camping shower outside. With 3 kids and 1 toddler, she's living a miserable life and it was time for her to die so the kids could be adopted but she can't die! LOL bummers.
Why is she a special npc anyways? Is she some kind of a replica of a real celebrity that I don't know?
Well, that explains some things about celebrities. I've been trying to kill them off for some time now. They shrug off the death curses from Jungle Adventure artifacts and they don't seem to be bothered at all by the hamster plague. So I finally went with the nuclear option and took my vampire to the club while they were around and cast Burst of Anger. Bella Goth, both Behr sisters, the Landgraabs, Sergio Romeo, Johnny Zest, Ted Roswell, both Jang parents, the entire membership of Partihaus, Katrina Caliente, and countless townie NPCs now lie dead. The Eastpark Mausoleum is at maximum capacity and the overflow is just being stuck up in boot hill behind an abandoned saloon in Oasis Springs. And yet, the celebrities still stand. It's madness.
