I might be naive to say this, but I think most game companies at least make an effort to clear up bugs in their game before releasing new content. I can honestly say I haven't seen much of an effort at all on Maxis's part to clean up their game before asking us to buy their latest DLC, that's REALLY close to a deal breaker for me. I'm hooked on the sims though so I guess I have to live with the incompetence. It's either that or they just don't care about the quality of their game as long as the money is still rolling in, I'm not sure which is worse. Some may think I'm being dramatic, but I'm paying good money for a game that has persistent bugs that seem to be ignored, I think it's fair to demand a little more, I understand that Maxis occasionally fixes a bug in their game, but for every bug that gets fixed there seems to be 2 or 3 that are ignored.
Here's to hoping that someone gets a boot shoved into a very uncomfortable place so they get off their butts and fix their game, and if your listening then fix the action queues so I don't have to repeatedly queue an action before my sim actually does it, yet another bug that has been around forever without getting addressed properly.
