Basketball - is there a way to reduce its attractiveness?

My sims seem to be obsessed with the basketball hoop. A couple being extremely flirty might suddenly separate because one of them are running outside to play basketball. No matter what they do the bas...

Don't forget that in TS4, Sim autonomy is also effected by what you do with them non-autonomously. So if you play basketball intentionally with them frequently, it will start to trigger autonomously more often as well.
