I really wish that sim pregnancies altered with the different life length settings. I always play with longest life setting but I find that pregnancies are way to short for this setting. I would love to be able to make it longer.
The MCCC mod will do this for you - a pregnancy can last between 1 and 120 days. You just need the main module and the pregnancy module for this.
I did download MCCC a few weeks ago. I wasn't really sure what I was doing it with it though. I was to worried I would break my game with it and so I removed it again. I'm really curious about it though as everybody seems to use it.
