Considering I'm on generation 10 in my current main save... I honestly don't remember.
I know in the save I'm setting up, I've swapped them for the version from the gallery that has a kid, and reworked the house so that they're sharing a bed again, but I probably won't do anything too serious with them, and leave them to the whims of MCCC
