One of my sims is doing the body builder aspiration. How does one "Reach sim's maximum body potential"
The weight machine (weightlifitng) or the punching bag (boxing). It seems the treadmill has no effect."kremesch73;13441894" wrote:

Really? I thought running made your weight go down while boxing/weight lifting increases your muscle."RoyaiChaos;13441916" wrote:

You are correct, but to reach body potential for the bodybuilder aspiration, you need to increase your muscle.- Sorry to necro this thread a little, but I am also trying to get this.
I do not want my sims to be all muscular, is this the only way to complete this? And is there a non-cheat way to make them not muscular after? - I am afraid so ... after all teh last level of the Aspiration has the name "Bodybuilder"
And I agree ... it is extemly shortsighted to only have a Bodybuilder Aspiration for athletically minded Sims.
There are so many types of sport (in RL9 that don´t require you to become Hulk.
Why can´t my Sim just aspire to become the best long distance runner on the Sim World? - SimplyJen11 years agoSeasoned Ace

I use a mod that prevents sims from losing weight, gaining weight, including building muscle and it doesn't matter if they work out. If you are interested then I can link the mod.

I appreciate that! I do not use mods, but if there is no other way to lose the muscle after, I may have no choice.
What if I just let my sim get really fat after, and then just diet and treadmill it off? Would the muscle still be underneath?- I just got it from the workout machine, and my Sim isn't so bad as I was afraid she would be. They must have toned the game down from when I played it months ago. When the game first came out my Sims would get crazy ripped just from things like digging rocks. My female Sims looked awful in dresses.

- My sim completed this aspiration by doing a combination of treadmill, jogging, boxing, and weight training. When she got the credit for reaching max body potential she was running on the treadmill.
