Bought SIMS 4 add-on, money debited, no access. How to get a refund?

Hi. 

Yesterday at 22:01 (02.03.2025), the amount of UAH 1592.98 was withdrawn from my bank card. For the amount shown on the screen. I am also attaching the payment receipt.

At the same time, I cannot download my packs. My account says that the payment was unsuccessful. Although the money was not returned to me.

I really want to play my packs. 

Maybe someone has encountered this problem?

    Please note that you should not share any personal information on public forums; that's why we've removed the attachments you shared. 

    Regarding the purchase, if the transaction shows as failed, you should receive your funds back. If you still haven't received the funds, please feel free to contact EA Help Support for further assistance.

    I have no other choice. I was on the page you posted and my situation was not covered there. There's also no email address to contact. This forum is the only place I can write to.

    Do you have a contact email for support?

    We don't have one email address that you can contact directly. However, you should be able to create a case through EA Help and get in contact with support. 

    How to chat with EA Help

    1. Log in to your EA Account.
    2. Select the topic that best describes your issue. If an advisor can help, a contact option will be available under your help topic.
    3. Select Chat with us or Start chat.
    4. Fill in the contact form with your:
      • first name
      • last name
      • e-mail
      • platform
      • subject (a short description of your issue)
      • attachments (e.g. screenshots, documents, links).
    5. Select Send.
    6. A chat window will open when you’re transferred to an advisor.

    After you contact us, we’ll create a case for you. You can view it and keep track of updates in My Cases. You’ll be notified of changes to your case via email.
