- I rarely build without the intention to use it in my gameplay.
- Usually I build half the time and play the other half
but now I have gotten into bad habit of just building
because I am too scared to enter my game save without cc shelves I put for my collectibles
and idk if those will work so ultimately I am just sitting here like ''oH well i guess its time to rebuild all the other lots'' - ValiantRedKnightNew SpectatorI spend a ton of time building houses, but I also play a fair amount of family stuff too. I might have to stop playing with families for a while because of the toddler thing, though.
- I like to make my builds functional so spend some time playing with them after I've finished building. No point making something pretty if it doesn't work!
I play a lot more then I build.
I build fast probably because I have created builds online for a long time on different platforms.
I build for my own game mostly.
Sometimes I get inspired to build for simmers that use the gallery. I do not have the new IL pack so I will not build for the gallery until I get the pack, So yea my builds for that pack will be late, sorry I do have some nice builds in mind already. :) I am more interested in that pack for building and decoring than for playing.
I love waves if they had nice waves or if I could see them better I would have bought the pack for that reason first.
I would love to add waves to our lots also waterfalls. Maybe we can, how would I know?
What was that question again, hehe, oh yea I do play in live mode. :D I always test my builds fully in live mode. Restaurants have to be tested while open, homes are tested with type if Sims I build them for, etc... so I just grab a family.- SweetieWright_84New SpectatorAs of right now, I spend more time building.

Yeah, I do that too. Do you actually play in live mode aside from play testing? - OldeSimsFanNew TravelerBuild mode enough to prepare the resedential & community lots I want for a given game and then play using what I've built. Play serves two purposes: making sure what I built works as intended and then getting on to the game and story.
- PhantasmKissNew SpectatorI spend most of my game time building, but I want to play, so I try it now and then. Live mode doesn't hold my attention the way it did in Sims 3. I tend to get into a groove, things get too easy/predictable, and I go build again.
To be fair though, Sims 4 build mode is amazing and I love it. - SharoooniaNew Spectator

I don't build. :D
Thankfully there are tons of great builds in the Gallery, huh?
Oh yes. I don't know how I would cope if I had to play with the premade maxis builds. :D
