C Drive Almost Full, Suggestions for Clearing Up Space?

How large is the drive you're using? The Sims 4 only takes up around 54 GB.
I'd recommend uninstalling the game and reinstalling it from scratch, picking and choosing which packs you really need. And the, slowly add in CC.
But, to be honest, maybe it's time to upgrade your HDD or SSD to a larger one?
